Experience Transfer LLC is a company dedicated to taking real, practical ideas and turning into commercial reality through licensing or manufacturing/distributing.

That idea may take the form of an energy saving device, a personal productivity APP, a Book, Electronic gadget or another implementation.

Experience Transfer was founded in 2001 by Ray Hogan of Somerset NJ

Ray is a multi-dimensional technologist with 30 years experience in hands-on IT. His passion started early, learning morse code in his high school English class when he was supposed to be reading The Hobbit. (Clearly a good career move).

He has a degree in Electronics Engineering, is both a software developer and a technical trainer and generally an early adopter. He is married with 2 children.

Some interesting things he has built:

Automated a Teflon wire coating factory
Built a video tracking system to locate a live mouse as it ran around a testing table
Built a sleep deprivation "Generator"
First generation Laser-Jet printer page flipper (Pages came out piled in backwards order normally)
